Voting was super easy for me this morning. I was in and out in 5 minutes. I hope you're all exercising your most basic right and have fulfilled your civic duty. The excitement and anxiety is definitely in the air. We're in for an interesting night.
I'm sure you've all heard by now, but if you vote, you can receive a free cup of coffee from Starbucks, free doughnut from Krispy Kreme, and free ice cream from Ben and Jerry's. Nothing more American than getting free fatty food for voting!
This is my 9th presidential election. I have never been so excited! I was so filled with emotion when I stepped up to the booth this morning that I cried. I have never seen so many people. We were in line at 6:25 and there were about 50 people in front of us. The line went from the fellowship building at Trinity to the road! We had voted and were on our way by 7:25. I can hardly wait to see how many turned out to vote this year! RECORD BREAKING I'M SURE.
